Camp Practice Schedule

6:00 - 6:10 - Team Stretching
6:10 - 6:15 - Water break
6:15 - 6:30 - Agilities
6:30 - 6:35 - Water break*
6:35 - 7:35 - Individual Stations
Groups rotate; players exposed to all positions.  Focus on fundamentals and position techniques.
Possible 7 on 7 off/def competition
7:35 - 8:05 - Team period.  Team building and dynamics.
8:05 - 8:30 - Guest Speaker
*water breaks built in as needed

Camp Guest Speakers

Former College Division I and NFL players.  Possible current NFL players and ASU coaches.
